We get it — sometimes a fit isn’t quite right, or you just change your mind. No worries! At Hollister, we want you to love every piece you pick. Here’s the lowdown on how returns and refunds work:


1. Return Window

  • You’ve got 30 days from the purchase date to send items back.

  • Items must be new, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required.


2. How to Return

In-Store:

  • Bring your items and proof of purchase to any Hollister store.

  • We’ll process your return or exchange on the spot.

By Mail:

  • Use the prepaid return label in your package or request one online.

  • Pack items securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made an error).


4. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem!

  • Exchanges can be made in-store for free.

  • For online exchanges, return your original order and place a new one — we’ll ship it ASAP.


5. Final Sale Items

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Look for a “Final Sale” note on the product page or your receipt.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it — free of charge.


7. International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. can return items by mail only. Duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.
